Our effort to excel in many ways has paid off. We are proud to announce that Carlsbad Plaza Medical Spa & Wellness Hotel has received the Certificate of Excellence by Trip Advisor for the 5th time in a row; therefore we have made it to the Certificate of Excellence Hall of Fame.

The Certificate of Excellence honors hospitality businesses that deliver consistently great service across the world since 2011. This classification is awarded to approximately 10% of all the businesses on Trip Advisor that have consistently achieved great reviews over the past year. Only the best of them will be awarded the Certificate of Excellence for 5 consecutive years and have the chance to enter the Certificate of Excellence Hall of Fame. No application process is available for the Certificate of Excellence, and the achievement is earned only over time.
